I have been looking around on the internet for a place to take horse lessons in the new orleans area. I can’t really find one that is close enough, well really none at all!(lol) I’ve only ridden once and I’m in love with horses.I don’t have a lot of money so I would need it to be relatively cheap. I’d also be willing to work with the horses even though I don’t know much, I’d clean poo out of stalls if I had to! I just really want to learn to ride and be around horses!

Then its seems it going to be a little trickier. There are a few things you can do though. Try the phone book. Look under horse, riding, stables, barns, equation, equine, and tack shops, and saddles.
The tack shops will be able to give you either phone numbers or papers/ flyers of local barns but you might have to drive by to take a look.
If you know where a few barns are then stop by them and ask. Many barns arent online yet and the cheaper places usually arent even in the phone book. Its annoying but they have to cut cost to stay cheaper.

READ BEFORE COMMENTING.
This is for my english project for school, I know I’m not as thorough as I could be if I had more time, but I was supposed to keep it short. No, don’t say crap about my riding, the how “not” to ride a horse was planned, and everything was fine. He was pulling for his head alot because he wasn’t ridden for quite some time due to the weather and he was a bit ansy. Also, excuse the pauses in between and the stumbling of words, we were trying to film it fast so we could get in out of the cold. For the record, the last word was “horse” but it was cut off by youtube for some reason. lol.

Riding in snow does us absolutely no justice. So please, don’t judge me by my riding in this video.

I’ll try to reply to all the comments I get on this, as I do all my videos. If somebody takes the time to tell me what they thought about my video, I’ll take the time to reply. :]

I’ve decided to ignore and remove any of the ridiculously stupid comments I get. So if you are trying to get a rise out of me, you’re wasting your time. And if it continues, I can always block you. Just letting you know. :]

STOP saying that we should’ve worn a helmet. We said in the video it’s a good idea to wear one, did we not? It’s MY choice if I want to wear a helmet or not. I know my horse and I’ve ridden without one all my life. My horse, my head, my choice.
